Hello and welcome,

 I'm Mario! I'm 23 years old, I'm from Los Angeles CA and I'm lying about my age.  I've been a fan of small shops and the apparel that they made for ages. I bought my fair share of merchandise from other small shops and shared them on my pages.

One day I looked at some of the brands that I were buying from constantly and I realized that these other companies were profiling photos of their followers that were mostly white, cis-gendered, and straight. It was at that point I thought, “I never see myself in clothing brands and if I do see someone that looks like me its a rarity or in the background. Let’s change that.”

So I started Diamond In The Rough Clothing to share my love of theme park apparel in a way no one has done yet. It’s my hope that POC kids, LGBTQ kids, and kids of immigrants can look at this brand someday and think, “cool. he’s just like me.”
